Telkom Is the worst company in the universe

It has been more than 6 months paying for the line that I don't have. Telkom advised that the cables ****** in my area will not be replaced. Therefore the will give me alternative. I went to telkom menlyn where I was advised they cant give me similar package of unlimited data wifi and calls. It was not information that I was send to me. They gave me portable wifi with 50gig. 2 months after I was called that they are replacing my line with alternative portable phone and unlimited data. They will cancel the data one and get my line back. I have received portable wifi without a phone then I went to menlyn branch again where i was told the lady who gave me wrong package will call me to cancel the contract and she never called. Now You have 2 contract same house which other one never works since I haven't even received the phone. I must pay and no one is willing to help. I also have fibre line where Internet is not working. I am paying for 3 lines that I dint know why I am paying because there is no service
