Telkom is the worst company in SA

Telkom is right up there with Eskom as being the worst companies in South Africa. I made use of them for Internet and when I finally found a better supplier I tried to cancel my service. I phoned and on two occasions the agent told me their systems were offline. This after holding on for hours to speak to a consultant. I finally managed to cancel online. They said a consultant will contact me. They never did. I also received a message that the copper services I am using will be cancelled on 26 Nov 2021. But they kept on charging me and after I cancelled the debit order at my bank, I was handed over. If you ever want a service provider, look elsewhere!!!
