Telkom is the worst company EVER!!!

I took out wifi with MWEB not knowing that their network provider was TELKOM. Honestly speaking if only i knew i would never have agreed. This device was delivered to my door step however the very first week of having the device i had network issues. I contacted the lady who assisted me and asked her to cancel the contract, they collected the device from me but did not cancel the contract they booked the device in for repairs of which i was not aware of(and did not ask for that i initially asked for the contract to be cancelled. Now I am sitting with a bill for service i did not use and when i contact both parties I do not get any assistance they just send me from one department to another.
