TELKOM IS THE WORST COMPANY

I took a laptop contract with Telkom last month for R359 to my surprised this month you guys billed me R662, and also my 2GB mifi data lasts for a day.Can you please investigate on whats going on.My number is ***.Your call centre answers phones and continue to gossip with their colleagues instead of attending to the call, i honestly regret taking this contract with you.I should have just renewed it with MTN or Vodacom.You guys provide zero service.I dont think i even wanna continue with this contract anyomre, its problems after problems.Please investigate the R662 and why my bundles never lasts.i need feedback urgently.Please teach your call centre some customer service as well as its very rude to end a client's call while she is trying to get assistance even if its 4PM and they wanna go home.After all they get paid to service us.Im not happy at all
