Telkom is the worst cellphone service provider

I bought the router that's suppose to give me 10.5 gigs of data every month. Within 5 days of using it I receive a message: out of Telkom Data. I only use the data for Facebook and watsapp for just 2-3 hours a daily. I phoned and I logged a case and I was told somebody will contact me within 72hrs, nobody bothered. I only received a message 2 weeks later saying the case has been closed. I have another contract with Telkom and 1 gig lasts me about 2 weeks. How is it possible that I can finished 10.5 gigs of data within 5 days? Im still shocked and angry!!!
