Telkom is the worst

I would like to understand why telkom enjoys ruining people's credit's scores. My device insurance was cancelled (and confirmed to be in December) by adminplus. But there's an outstanding amount that I am supposed to make payment for and I do not want to be liable for a service that is no longer rendered. The case number that was apparently opened/escalated on my behalf is: ***6 and I need feedback for this because I cannot afford to have my credit score ruined because of incompetence.
