Telkom is the worst

Telkom service is the worst. My fibre line is giving problems for 3 months now and every time they send n sms it is fix. They never resolve the problem 100%. I phone call centre 20:45 start speaking to a guy the phone went dead they don't phone back I phone again then and got a message phone after business hour they only are avaliable from 7:00 till 17:45. So how did I speak to someone at 20:45
