Telkom is the worst

I had canceled my cellphone subscription with telkom. That was done. I canceled my data contract with them, guess what, they’re still debiting my account. Even after paying them their “so called” money I owed. Yesterday A debit order went off after I was assured that I am done with this unprofessional company and brand. I would never recommend telkom to anyone. Instead I’ll speak against this so-called brand. Even now I’m being pushed pillar to post to get my reversal done. My bank says telkom blocked any reversals from their side. Their call center agents don’t seem to be of any help either
