Telkom is the worst.

Telkom is the worst. I renewed my contract in June. They had my correct banking detail. Then they amended the account details incorrectly without my permission. The bank account was on bank and the name of the bank was another. Utter madness. Now they make it my fault. The money is in my account and they didn't debit the account. I called them to check what happened. I then made the payment on the 2th of August but they still didn't allocate the monies. Now they locked my line. But all this is not my fault but I am paying the price. I have been call them but the agents seem to just don't care. Telkom is the worst provider ever. This is the mobile contract. Thank God I canceled my Fibre and now using a better provider without no issues. I just feel like crying with all this running around without any joy.
