Telkom is the worst

Telkom is the worst provider I have used to date. They created a ghost billing of my in-active Simcard on a contract that ended in July and the Simcard has been in-active to date and now I have R500 that is due which I should not be paying. I am disgusted with the service. I do not want anything to do with Telkom. I will not pay for something I have not used. This is utter nonsense.
