TELKOM IS THE WORST AND *****S MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

I would strongly advise anyone who wants to sign up to Telkom to rather go to Vodacom or MTN. Telkom is by far the worst company when it comes to debit orders and be warned that even of you are late with a payment, because you get paid late sometimes, you make a payment through the Telkom portal, they will still deduct the full amount it says is due even though the new month has not started.

Let me break it down, I was late with my payment which was R3344.00 It showed amount due .. take into consideration the next month was same amount but its not end of month yet.

I paid them as soon as i got paid (14/11/2023) and have the reference number of my payment. They took another R6688.00 from my account. So in one month i was debited for R10032.00! So i would say that constitutes as *****ing as they were paid be it late.. they still had the audacity to take 2 months worth of payments as well.

SO DONT USE TELKOM!!! YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS COMPANY!
