Telkom is the worst and most *********** Network ever!!!
Telkom is the worst!!! I asked them to stop my account from increasing my bill. Every month the premium is going higher and higher. I went to the branch and they told to dail *180# then choose the option to manage my spending limit and choose decrease spending limit..guess there was no option for decrease spend limit!! The call centre does not even answer the phones or they tell you to go to the branch such nonsense!! I want them to stop increasing my premium and just debit what I asked for!!! They are the most annoying network and very ***********!
