Telkom is the worst

I have 2 10 MB uncapped lines at my two residents.. the lines are about R900 each per month, which I gladly pay every month. The problem comes in when they cut off both lines on the 28th of a month for example for non payment. Then I get an invoice of over R3000 each month and battling to get it sorted with them. My two lines together should be about R1800 however I get billed each month double the price. Furthermore on my 1 line are never got the value of a 10MB line, the line always idled at under 4MB sometimes under 2MB, regardless the time of Month, but I still get billed for the full amount of a 10MB,which i think is unfair, I have laid disputes with them but they close the dispute after a day or 2 without consulting me or anything, This is a disgrace,since I have a kid that needs to do homeschooling, but with the Internet down this is impossible..just hope some senior guy can contact me to sort this out once and for all.
