Telkom is the worst

Telkom is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. The call centre agents together with their in store staff are very unhelpful and give contradictory advice on how to solve an issue. They are unresponsive and do not care about customers once the money is in their account. I am currently paying for fibre yet I have no connection to my home
