Telkom is the worst

Telkom is the worst service provider. We got a fixed line and LTE internet.. not even a month into the contract our number was suspended. We have yet to receive an invoice, yet they are saying we have exceeded the credit limit. When trying to call the customer service lines, the agents are clueless and not helpful. How unprofessional is Telkom as a major communications company is SA?? We are being charged costs to which we didnt agree to, like installation fees, we are the ones who installed the phone and internet. How can they suspend our account when they have not invoiced us and we are not aware on.the amount owing. They gave us numbers of people who are uncharge of this account, yet none of them are available. How are we as customers supposed to have confidence in this company?
