Telkom is the worst

I have changed my banking details in a branch and they did not do it correctly and now they want to charge me for a debit order that did not go through and then i did made a manual payment amd now they have blocked my account even after i have made a payment. After my vontracts ends with them i will never in my life support them again or tell someone to do so. I have treid to call them and then they cant assist me and just drop the call...i asked to sepak to a mamaher and then they tell me mamagers is not available as they are working feom home and dont deal with this kind off issues...
