Telkom is the worst

I recently got Telkom LTE WiFi and it’s the biggest regret. It’s not even a week since I got the WiFi but has endless issues. Network buffers the whole day after I got promised that it had coverage. The contract their consultant sent me has someone’s else details which makes it hard for me to even cancel it because it’s sending an otp to someone’s number. Meaning someone has an access to my information. I went to their protea glen store to have the details corrected but still today it hasn’t been changed.
