Telkom is the worst

Telkom is absolutely the worst when coming to customer service and making it effortless to do business with them. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and I'm struggling to do a sim swap as it needs to be done in branch and there is no branch where I am staying. I'm going to cancel everything with them and join a better network
