Telkom is the worst!

One star because I cannot give lower!

I have more than once logged a fault for my home LTE running at lower than 10MBPS. Telkom gave all kinds of excuses. Like Load shedding, even though there is no load shedding when I experience these low speeds. Claims 10MBPS is acceptable for LTE!

They once bother to send a technician to my home. Who did all kinds of tests and claims there is no problem. But happened to mention there is a tower in the area that does give problems??? On the sae day I showed on my cellphone when my Telkom eSim is activated I get lower than 10MBPS, and when I have my MTN eSim connected I run close to or in excess of 100MBPS!

If I were not blacklisted I would have moved over all my devices to MTN even though they are very expensive!

My mobile phone I run Telkom purely for my normal number and 99% of the time I use data on my MTN sim. Will most probably soon transfer the number to MTN so I don't have to worry about running two eSim's.
