Telkom is the worst

Worst service provider know to man, since moving september 2019 and after following all extensive protocal for cancellation of the old home address,up to now the old line has not been removed from my account

I am still being billed for and old account and every month i have to waste a ton of minutes and airtime to call them because they suspend the line i am using now due to billing issues from them,

Every month i have log an account dispute and end up paying the difference justvto have internet restored, that still does not help and i end up only using a part of the service for the month, ive tried to cancel the old account many times now and still i am being billed for it,

As i am posting this review yet again my account is suspended,

I will not recommend Telkom to anyone.
