Telkom is the worst

I have a Telkom contract. Due to unforseen reasons my debit order could not go through, but I made an eft payment the very next day. Telkom acknowledged receiving this payment on 3 Feb, they allocated it to my account, yet they suspended my account on Thursday 20 February 2020 due to non payment. I have made 3 phonecalls since, and I am still sitting without any data. I have had it!!!
