Telkom is the worst

This February I took over an account (transfer to my name) after an upgrade I did last year November. There was initially an issue with my banking details because the Tokai branch store had problems so I had to fill out a form. I did so and the wrong banking details were loaded. I was charged for this stupid error the people had made. It was then corrected and my debit order was set for the last day of the month. My last debit order never went off and I was told I was in arrears. I paid the amount in full and now Telkom has tried to take the full amount from me, via a debit order on the 24th of the month. Their customer service is horrible and Telkom can never do anything properly. I hate Telkom and regret my upgrade.
