Telkom is the worst

Terrible experience! For the past 3/4 months, every month there is an issue with telkom. Line blocked and ends up being their problem. Double debit my account and says my account wasn't debited. Now line blocked for a credit limit. First time I hear such bull. And then I must wait 2-5 hours as it's been escalated! Telkom is the worst. I'd never recommend anyone to go with them. I've been with Mtn and didn't even receive such inconsistent nonsense
