Telkom is the worst

If I could give this company a negative rating I would.

Telkom has loaded a recurring internet bundle onto my account for over three years now. I have tried to get this removed on NUMEROUS occasions. Only to see this on my account once again. I am so sick of calling your customer care, explaining my problem, holding for 20mins, on the phone for even more oh and wait, holding again. You guys are pathetic! Stop charging me for something I DID NOT ASK FOR!
