Telkom is the worst

I have a contract with Telkom for over 2 years I was suppose to upgrade 1st of May however when I contacted the call Centre they advised me on a later date around 2022, I called the call Centre several times and explain that the date is incorrect but the drop the line each time I am so frustrated with Telkom I feel like terminating my contract and not renew it with them
