Telkom is the worst

I called in the contact center for Telkom yesterday and found out I have subscriptions, I asked the agent why I didn’t receive any sms notification about it and she said they don’t have access to that information. She then escalated it to her tl and requested they call me back, which they didn’t. I sent an email to *** and no one got back to me. The subscriptions took R490 from me and all that would’ve happened if telkom notified me about subscriptions because I was definitely going to call in and request them to cancel them immediately.

I can’t even find telkom’s complaints department.
