Telkom is the worst!

Oh my gosh, if I could put no stars, I would. Telkom continues to rob its customers of their money. Their call centre is utter **** because no one ever knows what's going on on your account. What's the point of calling when all the agents tell you something different or BLATANTLY tell you THAT THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW YOUR SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES!!! I was told that Telkom SOLD my account to a debit order collection company after a debit order didn't go through - WHICH SPOILER ALERT - IT DID. Telkom then debited my account in the middle of the month without my permission repeatedly. when I queried why I wasn't informed the Debit order didn't go through, I was told "I dunno"... REALLY?! You don't know?! Then why the **** is there a call centre then?! I then asked what my future charges would be, I was told it would go back to normal. I THEN RECEIVE A 1000 RAND BILL FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID FOR LAST MONTH!!!

I would never recommend Telkom, not even to my worst enemy, (which is ironically Telkom!). Absolute disregard for its customers, but they don't care, they make money by *********** their customers and genuinely don't care if they can't help you. No surprise there. Will be cancelling my account with Telkom very soon. Such disgustingly poor service.
