Telkom is the WORST

If I could give telkom a 0 I would. This is by far the worst service provider that I have come accross. I have spend almost 400 in airtime trying to get through to them. When I eventually get through I am told that I am at the wrong dept and that I must call another number. This has gone on for almost 2 hours. I am still on the line with no resolution.
