Telkom is the worst

Telkom Mobile is really a huge disappointment. I won’t refer anybody to them and I won’t buy anything from them again.

I bought an Honor 200 pro from them on the 2nd of December 2024 and the very same day the phone has mayor issues getting over heated so take it back the very same day. They say for me they don’t have Device at the store they will come back to me the next day so I can come and collect a new device which they never did. I am waiting till now they bill me for the Device which I don’t even have. You can email them to lock the issues waiting for feedback, but nobody cares to give you a call. Or come back to you and I don’t know why I must pay for something I don’t have. I ask them even just to cancel the contract so I can get another Device they even refuse do that Honestly, I am so disappointed in them and hate to say it but how do they expect business if they don’t even have a customer relationship. I really can’t handle it anymore. I have so many Ref number .
