Telkom is the worst

They debited my December contract monthly fee then they reversed it back to my account, today they sent me an sms that they will be blacklisting me for what exactly? I called them in November to cancel my contract since it's coming to an end on the 12 Jan 2021 till today I haven't received any communication from their side that they will be terminating. So disappointed in Telkom.
