Telkom is the worst !!!!!!!!!!

I went online, cancelled some services, Telkom never phoned and never cancelled (as they stated on the site). They sent an SMS (survey) about someone I interacted with - I NEVER interacted with anyone in Telkom with that name !! These people are just pathetic !!!
