Telkom is the worst!!!!!

We moved from CTN to a place where Telekom has NO towers for WiFi. We cancelled via email as instructed in the Telekom shop, more than once.... and still up until now, NO response from Telkom OR the MBD debt collection company. I have sent numerous mails to Telekom AND MBD and still UNAUTHORIZED debit orders Telkom!!!! You have the Monopoly and you misuse it. Poor service
