Telkom is just the worst

Trying to cancel my current contract and getting my fibre installed shouldn't take so long.

After going to a store and being sent around in circles as the consultants did not know anything themselves. They finally told me to apply online which i did and only heard back after 2 weeks. Thereafter i was told that i would receive my router in the next week, which i didn't ofcourse but my fibre line was installed 2 weeks later however something wasn't right and they now have to come back.

As for my cancelling my current LTE contract, no one contacted me once more and I will probably have to end up paying for all of this, which is ridiculous.
