Telkom is the worst!!!

I am extremely angry I bought two contract phone on Saturday 15 december at telkom melyn mall the one by game entrance. The lady who assisted me and my partner did not inform us that she did an error along the way when we got home the simcard for my mate p20 lite was not working I called telkom they said I must go back to the shop on Sunday when we went there the lady said we must come back Monday the sim will be fine when we come on Monday we told come Tuesday thats the story that has been told to us over and over again to come the next day and the next and the next,the manager says he will call them personally but when we get back to him they claim to be waiting for the head office to approve how the hell am I suppose to pay for a phone that doesn't have a SIM card which I am paying for it's been 5 days now. I am so ****ed off I don't want the phone anymore I've sent a e-mail to telkom but no response , I've called the call centre no one can help me...
