Telkom is the worst

Telkom mobile is really ***********. I placed an order via the phone on the 3rd, debit went off on the 10th and I received an sms that I can track delivery status after 24 hours. Its now Thursday and ofcos I do not have the phone and I’m now being told I can expect the phone only next week! A friend ordered a phone with another company and in 3 days she had the phone. What is different with Telkom? Are they not striving for better service? And all you’ll get from their agents is that you must just wait, ridiculous. You would swear we are asking for a favour and that we are not paying customers.
