Telkom is the worst!!!!!!! :(

I just want to warn people out there to be careful when taking up anything with Telkom. They have a lousy customer service and their consultants are so rude on the phone. I have complained about them before but till today, they have not bothered themselves to attend to customer complaints. I've been trying to cancel a useless telkom data package for the past year due to their weak non existing network. Telkom keeps debiting my account even though i have called them a hundred times to try and get this issue sorted.

I would like to get advice on what can i do to take this matter feather .
