Telkom is the worst

Cancelled my telephone line in March 2018. Have a cancellation number and proof of cancellation frim Telkom. However, they styl deduct monthly costs for a line that no longer exists. Despite numerous contacts to still this Debit order, they continue to debit my bank account. How useless can a SOE be?
