Telkom is the worst!

I have reported a ***** case to Telkom and they have been "investigating" for about 3 months now and they have not made any contact with me. Meanwhile my credit profile is deteriorating. What is the turnaround time for ***** cases? This ********** purchase was made instore which has surveillance cameras, why is the investigation taking so long?
