TELKOM IS THE WORST!!!!!!

KNEW I SHOULDNT HAVE OPENED A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM! Been waiting a whole month for my ADSL line to be installed at home. I have spent a lot on airtime this month just to get ahold of their sales department. Then to top it all off they keep on giving me the same answers - waiting for the technicians. REALLY??? I have read about so many bad reviews about Telkom the past couple of days, one lady waited 3 months for her line to be installed. and to make matters worse I have already been billed for this month. When my husband told them we are thinking about canceling the contract they responded that they would gladly cancel the contract. Is this the type of customer service I can expect for the next 2 years??? REF# **********
