TELKOM IS THE WORST!!!!

I am so sick and tired.

I cancelled my line 2 months ago and now i am still being billed!!! I phoned to get this sorted out and now they told me there is nothing on their system.

I received an Email STATING that my account is being cancelled!!!!!!! You can only cancel via the web and even doing as told its still not working!

I phoned twice and people ask me to forward the email and they will sort it out and STILL NOTHING!!

I am absolutely fed up with them.

Why even have telkom if you can go to fibre that will treat you nicely and actually help you. Where you don't wait 10 min EACH time for someone to answer your phone call and actually respond!

TELKOM IS THE WORST!!!!
