Telkom is the worst

Telkom added subscriptions to my account without my permission. I was debited more than I was suppose to. My debit order bounced back. I went in store to pay, for some reason you cant go to a Telkom store to pay, you must go via Pick n Pay. I paid my account, same month I was debited double of what I was suppose to. After complaints and emails I was then in credit with Telkom. My clear score report came and Telkom reported me as missed payments. They refuse to fix it even though it was their mistake to begin with. I am now in the process of canceling with this **** company.
