TELKOM IS THE WORST
<p>So after waiting roughly over 3 weeks to get my landline installed, or let me rather say "so called installation" because all they did was open an existing box that was in the house probably before my time and said its fine, never mind I’m paying R700 for installation. <br /> <br /> Then battling so someone would actually activated it and put it on the system<br /> <br /> Now I’m battling to get my adsl activated. Every time I phone, being on hold for an hour plus, I get the same answer "yes we can see your order" or “eh we don’t know" .So I’m basically going to pay for a line now that I’m not using??? <br /> <br /> When I phoned this morning(speaking to someone that has no clue yet again), tells me “no I need to phone back in 45min", phoned back, now I’m being told "phone back in 2hours" <br /> <br /> I guess one of the requirements for applying to a job @Telkom is to know nothing??</p>

Still no feedback and still waiting to give my isp administrative access to my line

This is really irritating and ****ing me off now. You guys have no clue whats going. Im still waiting for ANY feedback! When I phoned on Monday I was promised everything will be done before Friday, I phone this morning, and now you have no idea again? And was told ill be phoned back in a hour, 5hours later still no call! When I phoned again im being told the order is completed, BUT guess what it hasn't. Phone again being put on hold as usual,now im being told its being processed and will be done in 24hrs???? 3 different stories in one day, I can barely hear the person im speaking to because of the party thats going on on the background.
