Telkom is the worst

I have taken a new Telkom LTE contract with DSL Telecom and router has not worked since day one. DSL Telecom blames Telkom as they have taken the router back 2 months ago and have not given them feedback yet. Its either Telkom or DSL are too lazy and don't care whether the client is up and running as long as the client pays for a router they don't have. I want my router or cancel the router and leave me with a sim only deal. I am so sick and tired of this back and forth nonsense. Telkom please sort out your faulty equipment and give me back a decent working router. I want a credit for the time i didnt have a working router.
