Telkom is the worst

Worst of its kind! The service is appalling, went trhough 8 different consultants from different teams/departments and my query was still not resolved. I wouldn't encourage anyone to contract with Telkom so please explore other service providers. Had to request call recordings because no one wanted to account for their actions or what they had had said.
