Telkom is the WORST!

I have tried to contact Telkom to sort out a debit order issue and their consultants are not helpful and keep ending the call or chat. My debit order increased without notification and now they refuse to sort it out or even tell me why. This is terrible service and I wish I never took out a contract with them.
