Telkom is the worse telecommunications provider

Telkom is the worse telecommunications service ever! I had an issue with my home WiFi on the 19th of November, and to date which is the 30th of November nothing has been done at my residence! I have called several of times and all the consultants say they are escalating the problem to technical but nothing ever happens! This is extremely frustrating they clearly don’t have a proper system in which they work, there is no sense of urgency! Poor poor service
