Telkom is the worse service provider - Their costomer skills stink (In particular Telkom Stellenbosch)

Telkom took my phone for repairs, and does not want to return it.

They claim it is with Finrite Insurance, but I and them cant get hold of Finrite.

Finrite is not picking any calls or returning any emails.

Telkom is reluctant to take any steps against Finrite, while they are the people who introduced me to Finrite.

It has been almost 2 months now that my phone is in for repairs and every time I go to Telkom, they are refusing to help me.
