Telkom is the worse service provider charging PPL extra R,200 on the account if it bounces

I have a contract with Telkom which is R209 a month debit date is on the 25th of each month sometimes our bosses don't pay us on time or the 25th falls on a weekend if they debit the account it bounces and they charge a ridiculous amount of R200 extra on the account this is daylight ******* they don't even give a grace period I think I'm going to go back to MTN I'm so upset and the call centre wen you call in they try and make you feel like you a bad payer il never recommend Telkom to anyone guys please don't take out a contract with Telkom
