telkom is the worse service provider.

<p>No land line and wifi since Friday morning. It is almost impossible to get thru to the call centre and when u eventually do, no one can help you. I get the same response all the time....system still running....Running what????? I have know idea. I currently have 3 contracts with them and I religiously pay r2000 per month. I expect great service but instead I get non. I will surely bring this journey to and end.....telkom obviously does not value me as a customer.....telkom get with the programme...it though out there.....people need business....make an effort to retain your paying customers</p>
