Telkom is the worse service provided, a month with broken internet and 2 weeks waiting for a call back.

It has been 2 weeks since my last complaint and a month struggling without internet. They dont get back to you, they dont respond to emails, their chat service does not work, the bot on facebook is useless, the technician never calls back. I requested that they call me back but I was told that they cannot make phone calls?

A communication company that cannot make call? Its been more than a months and I am tired of trying to get the service I pay for!!! I would not recommend anyone to use Telkom, they are purely pathetic.

Never will I use this trash company again.
